PetSafe® Static Unit - Outdoor
The PetSafe® Outdoor Static Unit helps eliminate excessive dog barking. It uses ultrasound to prevent barking. It is activated when the integrated microphone picks up the dog's bark. Only a dog can hear the ultrasonic signal emitted, as it is inaudible to humans at 20 kHz. The signal is, however, very unpleasant for the dog and will ensure that it stops barking. The static unit is waterproof and ideal for outdoor use. You can hang it on a tree or fence in your garden, put it on a table or windowsill. It offers a range of up to 15 m. It is suitable for dogs weighing from 3.6 kg, for regular barking and for less stubborn breeds.

The PetSafe® Outdoor Static Unit helps to discourage excessive barking
The PetSafe® Outdoor static unit triggers the ultrasound automatically when a bark is detected. Allows you to set the range level to 4, 9 and 15 m. It emits a safe, but unpleasant for the dog ultrasonic signal, through which it helps to unlearn excessive barking. The unit is powered by a 9V battery, the built-in indicator informs you of its status. The battery will keep the unit running for approximately 2000 activations or 6 months.
Note:
The PetSafe® Outdoor Static Unit is not suitable for dogs with hearing problems. The device should only be used when you do not want the dog to bark. Ultrasound is effective for many dogs, but it may be that the dog will not respond to it by changing its behaviour.
