Methionin FORTE contains an optimal combination of an amino acid and zinc in a chelated bisglycinate form. This form has excellent absorbency and bioavailability, promoting healthy, vital, and beautiful hair, nails, and skin.
Active ingredients
- L-methionine is an essential amino acid involved in the biosynthesis of many proteins. It is indispensable for the proper formation of keratin – the main protein component of hair and nails.
- Zinc contributes to maintaining normal hair, nails, skin, and bones. It also supports the normal function of the immune system and vision.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily after a meal. Swallow with water. The supplement is suitable for long-term use.
