Rotary dial and pulse function
The rotary dial on the Philips HR3573/90 Series 5000 table blender features a non-slip grip, letting you easily set various blending speeds. You can go from gentle blending for soft fruit to a more powerful blend for harder fruit and vegetables. To create exceptionally smooth mixes, use the pulse function, which dislodges all the particles from the blades and continues to blend them.
