Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem zehlicku na vlasy jako dárek, pri spuštění a nahřívání je slyšet jemné praskání pod destičkami a tento zvuk neustane ani po plném nahřátí. Nevím, zda se nejedná o vadný kus, ci je tento zvuk normální. Jsem toho nazoru, že žehlička by mela byt tichá a tyto zvuky jsou vada. Pokud ano, zboží budu reklamovat. Předem děkuji za odpověď.
