Philips TAR3500

The Philips TAR3500 emergency radio is the perfect companion for outdoor activities and crisis situations. Thanks to its multiple power options, including a solar panel, dynamo crank, and batteries, it always stays functional. The integrated power bank can charge your phone when there's no mains electricity available. Its IP55-certified construction protects the radio from dust and splashing water, which you'll appreciate when you're out in nature.

Energy and safety in any situation

The Philips TAR3500 radio is designed to work even without access to mains electricity. It's powered by a solar panel and a dynamo crank, so all you need is daylight or a few minutes of turning. For standard charging, it uses a USB-C port, and four AAA batteries serve as a backup. You can use the stored energy not only to listen to the radio but also to charge your phone, thanks to the power bank function. In an emergency, the built-in torch and SOS siren will come in handy to call for help. IP55 certification confirms its protection against dust and splashing water.
