The Mamavis neck wrap in size M/L is a reusable aid designed for the neck and nape. It allows for both wet and dry application, either as a classic Priessnitz compress or for dry warming. The removable inner part is made from 100% cotton and features a pocket for herbs to support the therapeutic effect. Velcro fastening ensures the wrap stays securely in place and adjusts to the circumference of your neck.

Directions for use and preparation
For wet application, soak the inner cotton part in cold water and wring it out gently. Then place it on your neck and secure everything with the outer wrap. You can also use the wrap to dry warm the affected area. Insert dried herbs into the pocket of the inner part to release their active essences through the heat.
Material maintenance
Wash the outer wrap and inner part separately. To preserve the material properties, do not use aggressive detergents or bleaches. After washing, let both parts dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area to prevent mould and mustiness.
