The ProfiCook PC-SV 1159 Sous Vide immersion cooker serves as a yogurt maker, defrosting function and temperature maintenance. It can automatically set the temperature and time for all containers with a height of 15 cm via the selected program. Now you will be able to prepare meals using the Sous Vide cooking method and take advantage of its great benefits. Whether you're cooking a variety of meats, vegetables or fruits, Sous Vide cooking produces foods that retain their colour, flavour and nutrient content. The temperature is adjustable from 0 °C - 90 °C with a maximum deviation of +/- 0.5 °C.

The immersion cooker PC-SV 1159 has a watertight aluminium housing with integrated mounting clip. The cooker is controlled by a multifunction LED touchscreen. The device is easy to maintain and clean. The ProfiCook also has the advantage of a timer that can be set for up to 99 hours. Safe operation is of course ensured by the automatic shut-off function in case of low water level.
