Many products on the market referred to as "magnesium bisglycinate" contain a mixture with cheap magnesium oxide. This product guarantees an exclusively pure chelate - magnesium bound to two glycine molecules - without the addition of inorganic forms. P5P does not require hepatic activation like conventional pyridoxine. The body can immediately use it for key enzymatic reactions related to amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter metabolism and hormone balance. The chelate bond (glycine + magnesium) ensures effective absorption in the small intestine with minimal irritation to the digestive tract. P5P is also one of the forms with the best availability in target tissues.

Recommended dosage
2-5 capsules during the day or in the evening before bedtime, with plenty of water.
