Each tablet contains 800 mg of ascorbic acid - a fully valid dose to support immunity, antioxidant protection and connective tissue regeneration. The combination with rosehip extract (40 mg) provides a natural blend of flavonoids that support the stability and availability of vitamin C in the body. Vitamin C plays a key role in the synthesis of collagen - essential for joint, cartilage and blood vessel wall health. At the same time, it increases the bioavailability of non-heme iron from plant sources and thus reduces the risk of functional anaemia, especially in reducing diets.
