Active Ingredients
- Chasteberry extract (Vitex agnus-castus) - a natural regulator whose properties are related to progesterone, perimenopause and PMS.
- Fenugreek extract Fenusmart® - a patented, clinically studied extract that promotes balance and naturally maintains well-being.
- Damiana extract - a traditionally used plant that supports sexual well-being, mood and nervous system balance. It serves as excellent support during perimenopause.
- Vitamin C PureWay-C® - a powerful antioxidant that supports the body's natural defences and helps the body cope with the stress caused by hormonal changes. It also contributes to collagen formation. In addition to ascorbic acid, PureWay-C® contains lipid metabolites (fatty acids) that help transport vitamin C into cells and citrus bioflavonoids that protect vitamin C from oxidation and support its effect.

Recommended Dosage
Take 2 capsules daily.
