You have nothing to fear when installing a large screen – the arm has a load capacity of up to 30kg. Thanks to the gas spring, moving the arm is smooth and almost effortless, yet it holds reliably in the set position. A quick-release VESA plate is also included, which significantly speeds up monitor mounting, while the cable management system helps to keep your workspace clean and tidy. The monitor can be effortlessly raised, lowered, tilted and swivelled, so you can easily point it exactly where you need it. You can also rotate it from the classic horizontal orientation to a vertical (pivot) mode – ideal for reading, coding or chatting during a stream. A tilt range of +70° to -45° helps you set the screen to the ideal position to eliminate glare and keep the picture clearly legible from different positions. The maximum reach of the Rapture OBLIVION SX arm is 504mm, providing enough space to bring the monitor closer for a better view or push it away when you need more space on your desk.
EASY TOP-DOWN INSTALLATION
Mounts without awkward fiddling under the desk
Installing the Rapture OBLIVION SX is incredibly simple and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The mount attaches entirely from above, so there's no need for awkward maneuvering under the desk. The design allows for two types of attachment – to the edge of the desk using a clamp (12–45mm) or through a grommet in the desktop (12–60mm), ensuring universal compatibility with most work surfaces. Furthermore, the integrated cable management system keeps your workspace perfectly clean and tidy. The design includes a built-in rotation stop, which prevents the arm from hitting walls or partitions, protecting both the surrounding area and the mount itself from damage.
QUICK-RELEASE VESA PLATE
Saves time and stress
The quick-release VESA plate makes attaching and detaching the monitor significantly easier. Simply screw the plate to the back of the monitor first, then snap it into the arm and secure it with two screws that you can tighten completely without tools. Thanks to its VESA standard compatibility, the Rapture OBLIVION SX mount is suitable for most commonly sold monitors. You can adjust the spring tension using the included Allen key; just gently turn the screw to the left or right.
