High Super HD Resolution and Varifocal Lens
At the heart of the optical system is a 1/2.7" CMOS sensor that produces a clear image at 2560 × 1920px resolution. The varifocal lens with 3x optical zoom complements the flexible field of view with a horizontal angle of 48°–90° and a vertical angle of 37°–68°. For efficient data stream management, the device uses the H.264 video compression format, which saves your storage capacity while maintaining high detail.
Infrared and Colour Night Vision
In low light, classic infrared night vision is activated with twelve IR LEDs and a range of up to 12m. For situations requiring detail fidelity, there is colour night vision, which uses four powerful LED floodlights with a colour temperature of 6,500K and a total power consumption of 2.7W to instantly illuminate the monitored area.
Smart Detection and Instant Alarm
Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms recognise specific objects in the field of view, including human figures, cars and animals. The system reacts immediately when a defined space is breached or motion is detected. A built-in light and sound alarm in the form of a siren is triggered, and a notification is sent to the mobile app or via email at the same time.
Two-Way Communication
This Reolink E Series E540 IP camera has a built-in high-sensitivity microphone and speaker. This technical solution allows for two-way real-time audio transmission, which facilitates direct communication with people near the camera or quickly warning unwanted visitors remotely. Users can communicate with their family or react to events in front of the lens regardless of their current location via a connected mobile phone.
Flexible Recording Storage
Users have several independent methods for saving the captured video footage. A microSD card can have a capacity of up to 256GB, and recording can be set to continuous 24/7 recording or scheduled recording triggered exclusively by detected motion. Alternatively, you can back up to the manufacturer's cloud storage or an NVR.
Connectivity Options and App
Stable wireless connectivity is provided by dual-band Wi-Fi connection operating on 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, which is complemented by an RJ-45 LAN port for a wired connection. Device management and live streaming are handled by the manufacturer's app for iOS, Android, Windows and Mac OS, with full support for the Google Assistant voice assistant.
