Dobrý den, tento strojek jsme zakoupili 15.11.. Bohužel, zjistili jsme, že strojek nevyhovuje (dle parametrů v popisu jsme čekali trochu něco jiného). Je možné zboží vrátit (strojek byl pouze vyndaný z krabice, nebyl ani spuštěný)? Děkuji.
