Six-stage QuadroCook system for perfect fluffiness
The innovative QuadroCook system ensures a flawless consistency and distinct fluffiness in every grain by controlling the cooking in six precisely defined steps. The process combines gradual heating to 80°C with a technological pause for optimal steam absorption, followed by rapid cooking at temperatures up to 120°C and a final ten-minute fluffing phase. This system is complemented by intermittent heating in the middle of the cycle, which gives the rice a fluffiness and lightness that is unattainable in a conventional pot.
Intelligent TwinTemp sensors prevent burning and overcooking
The Salente Jasmine rice cooker eliminates the risk of failure using a unique technology of two independent temperature sensors. The upper sensor in the lid constantly evaluates the temperature of the escaping steam and adjusts the intensity of the boil to prevent the rice from turning into a sticky mass. The lower sensor, in the middle of the 13cm diameter heating plate, monitors the temperature of the inner pot itself, reliably preventing ingredients from sticking to the bottom and immediately shutting off the cooking safely if the appliance is turned on empty.
Versatile use with four automatic programmes
This multifunctional appliance is by no means just for preparing classic white rice. In addition to the basic mode, it offers a specialised programme for blends and harder types of rice, such as basmati or whole-grain brown rice, for which it ensures the longer swelling time needed. The other two programmes are dedicated to the automatic preparation of creamy rice porridges and for slow-simmering hearty soups, and you can individually adjust the cooking time for porridges and soups yourself.
Precise measuring without scales and easy maintenance
Thanks to the included measuring cup and the clear measuring lines marked directly on the wall of the removable pot, there's no need for any complicated weighing of ingredients and water. You can also rinse the rice directly in this pot, saving you from washing up extra dishes. The high-quality non-stick surface coating ensures that after cooking, you only need to give the inside a light wipe and rinse, which is also made easier by the fully removable inner lid and silicone seal.
Practical delayed start and long-lasting keep-warm function
With the delayed start function of up to 24 hours, you can plan your meal to be ready exactly when you get back from work or a trip. After the cooking cycle finishes and an acoustic signal sounds, the rice cooker automatically switches to the energy-saving Double KeepWarm mode. This keeps the food warm and fresh for up to 12 hours without it drying out, and it also serves as a safe tool for reheating previously cooked food.
Modern touch controls and certified safety
The appliance's elegant design is complemented by a high-contrast digital LCD display and a smooth, button-free touch panel that boasts a long lifespan and is easy to clean.
