The AF designation means Alcohol Free – the product contains 0% alcohol. A unique technology and multiple extraction process was used in its production. AF tinctures retain the maximum active substances, taste and aroma of the herbs used.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is an erect perennial herb growing up to one metre high. It is also known as balm mint. The stem is branched and grows from a scaly rhizome. The leaves are thin, opposite, long-petioled, ovate to rhombic, with a crenate-serrate margin. The flowers have a pinkish-blue or yellowish-white corolla and are arranged in verticillasters. The fruit is a nutlet. It is characterised by a strong lemon scent. The entire aerial part of the herb is collected.

Recommended Dosage
After shaking, take 20 drops 3× daily. We recommend placing it in the mouth and allowing it to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be taken with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 1,294mg of fresh plant matter.
