Seagate Barracuda ES.2 250 GB

Peak hard drive with 250 GB uses revolutionary technology vertical registration. This technology allows you to write data plate perpendicular to the disk, the data record is so dense and much higher capacity compared to conventional longitudinal registration.32 MB memory buffer ensures superior response tasks even when processing video, audio, graphics, and computer games. The quiet and reliable operation care with fluid bearing motors, the drive is so higher durability than conventional designs. The manufacturer gives life up to 1.2 million hours of operation.

EC label.2 determines the drive for use in servers and enterprise sector. The disc is specially designed to operate very important applications that are running continuously.

Serial ATA, unlike the older interface, Ultra ATA higher throughput and performance, support for advanced technologies such as NCQ route optimization for read heads or the simpler and more reliable wiring.Disk also supports the second generation of this interface with a maximum data transfer speeds up to 300 MB/s

NCQ technology imposes requirements on reading in the cache memory and knowing the position of the drive heads selects the optimal route for the quickest move to the desired location.Requirements for disk access are continually evaluated and trail heads are still modified. As a result, it will reduce the vibration of the drive heads and faster disk access.
