For immediate consumption, it is recommended to pre-chill the barrel in the fridge for about 10 hours. The integrated indicator on the display shows you when the beer has reached the correct temperature. This system not only chills but also maintains the optimal pressure in the barrel, preserving the freshness and flavour of the beer for up to 30 days after tapping.

The specially shaped tap lets you tilt the glass to 45°, a technique used by professionals to create the perfect head. Maintenance is also simple.
