Siccaprotect is an eye drop that replaces the missing fluid of normal tears. Siccaprotect is used to correct the condition of drying of the cornea or conjunctiva in case of insufficient tear production, whether this lack of production is caused by local disorders in the eye or as a consequence of general diseases; also used in drying of the conjunctival sac caused by failure to close the eyelids. In addition, the product is also used to moisten the eye when wearing hard contact lenses. Artificial tears usually have to be used for life. The product is intended for both children and adults; However, children suffer from tear production disorders quite rarely.
Dosage and method of use
Before use, unscrew the screw cap, tilt the head slightly, pull off the bottom cap, turn the bottle upside down and squeeze the plastic bottle to drip one drop of the product onto the inside of the cap. Be careful not to touch your eye or eyelid. Close the eye very slowly. It is usually injected one drop of the preparation up to six times a day.
Contraindications
Do not use Siccaprotect if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in the product and do not use it if you wear soft contact lenses due to the benzalkonium content.

Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and on the bottle after the "Best before" date. The expiry date refers to the last day of of that month.
