Silampos Yumi pot 16 cm

The Silampos Yumi pot has a diameter of 16cm, is made of 18/10 stainless steel, and is perfect for cooking smaller portions on a daily basis. It features an Impact Disc Plus sandwich base, which ensures fast and even heat distribution, saving energy. The pot can be used on all types of hobs, including induction. It comes with a stainless steel lid and can be cleaned in the dishwasher or used in the oven.

Sandwich Base for Energy-Efficient Cooking

The core of the pot is its encapsulated Impact Disc Plus thermal base. This technology uses a thick layer of aluminium inserted between two layers of stainless steel. Aluminium is an excellent heat conductor, allowing heat to spread quickly and evenly across the entire base and up the sides of the pot. This results in efficient heating and allows you to cook at a lower hob setting, saving you time and energy. The base is completely flat for full contact with the hob.

Material and Easy Handling

Both the pot and the lid are made from hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and food acids. The material does not react with food and does not affect its taste or aroma. For safe handling even while cooking, the pot is equipped with stainless steel handles with thermal insulation. After cooking, you can put the pot in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
