Iron contributes to normal energy metabolism, cognitive functions, the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body and is involved in the process of cell division. Iron contributes to the normal function of the immune system, reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours.
Recommended dosage of Solgar iron 20 mg:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) herbal capsule daily, ideally with meals or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
