Food supplement Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair 120 tablets
Copper contributes to normal pigmentation of hair and skin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours and colours.
Recommended dosage of Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair:
As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) tablets daily, ideally with meals or as directed by a physician.
