Solgar Vitamin B Complex 50 capsules
Highly effective B-complex of plant-based vitamins. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, Biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamins B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B6, B2, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and folic acid contribute to reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamins B2, niacin and biotin contribute to the normal condition of the skin and mucous membranes, and biotin also contributes to the normal condition of the skin and hair. Vitamin B2 contributes to normal vision and also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
Does not contain:gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.
Dosage and method of use Solgar Vitamin B Complex:
Adults take one (1) capsule once every 5 days, ideally with a meal or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Follow a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
