Aprioti Punching target for punching bag
The Aprioti punch target is used for attaching to a punching bag. Easier to train punches such as the hook, hand punch with a spin and arc kicks. After a punch or kick, the target is deflected so that the energy of contact does not remain in the body parts of the practitioner. The inner filling is made of high quality bonded harder foam crumb. The Aprioti strike target is fastened with Velcro straps. It is compatible with cylindrical shaped punching bags.
