Precision craftsmanship
The bike is built around a hydroformed aluminium frame with triple-butted tubes, which offers an optimal ratio of low weight and stiffness. Fully integrated cable routing, including through the headset, gives the frame a clean, modern look while also protecting the cables from dirt.
A reliable ride
Control on the trail is handled by the RST F1RST 29 15 AIR TRL air fork with remote lockout from the handlebars. This lets the rider easily adapt the bike's characteristics to the current conditions during the ride – an open fork provides comfort on uneven surfaces, while a locked fork ensures high efficiency on climbs or fast sections.
Comfortable shifting
The SHIMANO Deore / SLX drivetrain in a 1×12 speed configuration offers a wide range of gears, precise shifting and high reliability, even when riding dynamically on rough terrain. The fast VITTORIA Barzo 29×2.25" tyres provide excellent traction and fast rolling on various types of surfaces. A pleasant detail is the AUTHOR GripLock foam grips, which increase riding comfort and help to better dampen vibrations during longer rides.
