Enjoy the tropical taste of mangoes even on days when they are not in season. This mango does not contain the preservative sulphur dioxide (SO₂) or any added sugars, it still retains its natural colour, flavour and nutrients and is therefore very tasty. Mango is a source of vitamins C, E and A, which are among the most powerful antioxidants. It also contains vitamins B1, B2, B6 and niacin, but also a number of minerals such as magnesium, zinc, potassium and iron. Bery Jones mangoes can be eaten just like that, made into a healthy snack, added to cereal mixes or taken to an even higher level and made into a dessert in the true sense of the word.

In order to offer you the best quality dried mangoes, we monitor the global harvests and select countries where the freshest fruit is being harvested. This mango is native to the African country of Burkina Faso, where the season peaks around April to June - the fruit reaches its maximum ripeness due to the hot climate and long hours of sunshine. The mangoes are sweet, juicy and full of intense flavour that is ideally preserved even when gently dried. And why mangoes from Burkina Faso?

Proper manga processing is certainly not a simple process. It has to be processed before it ripens and turns completely yellow, so it is not uncommon to work three shifts during the harvest season. Each mango must undergo a thorough inspection to meet strict quality conditions. Only then can it be processed and prepared for drying. If white spots appear on the dried mango slices, there is nothing to worry about. This is only natural sugaring.
