Made from the milk of pasture-raised cows, BrainMax Organic Ghee is a versatile and highly stable fat suitable for sautéing, frying, baking and cold cooking. Thanks to its high smoke point of around 250 °C, it does not burn and no toxic substances are produced during heat treatment. BrainMax Ghee Transfused Butter does not contain milk protein, lactose or casein and is therefore great for those with intolerances to these ingredients. It retains all the vitamins and has a full buttery taste.

BrainMax Ghee is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, butyric acid and other substances that support an alkaline environment in the body. Butyric acid contributes to the protection of the intestinal mucosa and the health of the entire digestive tract. BrainMax Ghee Transfused Butter has a standard solid consistency that turns into a liquid form at higher temperatures. Moreover, it is made in the Czech Republic.

Storage
Use within 3 months of opening. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. No need to store in a refrigerated atmosphere, keep the product clean and dry. Changing the consistency of the product is not a bad thing.
