The real feeling of rowing
During weight training, air resistance is used to regulate the load, thus adequately simulating a load similar to rowing in water. The resistance of the trainer is directly proportional to the force you apply to the machine. The more force you exert, the more grueling and challenging the workout is. On the trainer you will exercise and strengthen both the upper and lower half of your body, increase your strength, endurance, mobility and strengthen your cardiovascular system.
