Energy gel rich in fast and gradually releasing carbohydrates. Contains BCAA amino acids for muscle fiber protection and vitamins.

Recommended dosage:
The onset of action is within 10 minutes, we recommend taking one gel every 45 to 60 minutes.
Allergens:
