Protein Extrifit High Whey 80 consists of two protein sources - whey protein concentrate and CFM protein isolate. The great combination of whey and CFM isolate ensures not only a high concentration of nutrients, but also a delicious taste, great consistency and easy and quick digestibility. The intake of this quality protein source contributes to the growth of muscle mass. The protein has a delicious vanilla flavour.

Preparation
Mix the contents of 1 scoop/bag (30 g) in 150-200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
Recommended dosage
It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. It is recommended to divide the daily dose (2-3 servings) into 2-3 portions, which can be consumed as a snack between meals, or as a snack between meals. even after training.
Storage
