Each serving contains 20 g of high quality protein from 90% CFM whey isolate, 85% micellar casein isolate and 80% whey concentrate. Preparation
Empty the contents of one scoop into 150 ml of water or skimmed milk, stir vigorously for 2 minutes until a custard-like mass forms. For a better taste experience, use chilled liquids. Do not store the finished product, it is intended for immediate consumption.
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to consume one to two servings per day depending on your daily protein requirement.
One serving = 30 g (1 scoop).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of up to 20 °C, carefully sealed.
