Pure ghee contains only butter fat and is ideal for cooking, frying, and can also be added to cold dishes and salads. The ghee steak is supplemented with 4 types of pepper and thyme and is especially suitable for pork and beef steaks, while ghee chilli contains chilli in addition to butter fat and is great for frying potato chips, eggs and spreading on bread.
