Ghee from the Heart "Sweet" is a transfused butter that can be enjoyed even by lactose intolerant people. It is made up of 99.5% butterfat stripped of milk protein and supplemented with cloves and cinnamon.
Ghee Ghee by Heart "Sweet" is ideal for hot and cold dishes. You can grease baking trays and moulds with it, add it instead of regular fat to chocolate icing, buns or cakes or fry pancakes on it. It is handmade and offers a high smoke point of up to 250 °C.
