They are made with butter fat stripped of milk protein. The package includes: 2× 720 ml pure ghee, 1× ghee for chicken, 1× ghee steak, 1× ghee sweet, 1× ghee chilli and 1× free limited ghee bear garlic. Choose health and Czech quality for your loved ones. Pure ghee contains only butter fat and is ideal for cooking, frying, and can also be added to cold dishes and salads. The ghee steak is supplemented with 4 types of pepper and thyme and is especially suitable for pork and beef steaks, while ghee chilli contains chilli in addition to butter fat and is great for frying potato chips, eggs and spreading on bread. Ghee for sweet is a sweetened butter enriched with the taste and aroma of cinnamon and cloves. You can use it when baking strudel, gingerbread, cakes or when frying pancakes. Ghee with bear garlic is excellent not only for eggs, but also for mashed potatoes, which will give an unmistakable taste and aroma. Ghee-infused butter on chicken is complemented with basil and turmeric. It is excellent for preparing poultry meat, but also goes well with tofu and roasted vegetables.
