The bike helmet should be an integral part of the cycling gear, moreover, most injuries will happen to those who do not wear it. GIRO Scamp Mat Blue / Lime XS is a helmetintendedfor mountain biking . You can estimate this by the solid construction, on some models the extended occipital or sun visor. However, nothing prevents the helmet from being used on any bike; the type of helmet affects the design, not the function.
It is essential that the helmet on the head fits well with the belt undone under the chin. The perimeter of the insert in the helmet can be tightened with a knob for maximum comfort.
