Stable Construction
Sufficient rigidity for the MASTER Aqua Herring – 10" paddleboard is provided by the DROP STITCH construction with internal polyester fibres. The board is made of 2.48mm DWF material, and the edges are reinforced with 0.71mm PVC material. The materials used are resistant to both saltwater and UV radiation, so you can use the paddleboard at the seaside as well as for regular recreational paddling.
Stainless Steel Rings for a Leash and Seat
Thanks to the combination of a removable fin and two smaller, fixed additional fins, the MASTER Aqua Herring – 10" paddleboard offers good stability and manoeuvrability on the water's surface. A stainless steel ring allows you to attach a safety cord, or leash. Stainless steel rings are also available for attaching a seat. The seat is not included in the package.

Displacement
Displacement, or volume, determines how much load a paddleboard can carry. Shorter boards compensate for their displacement with thickness and width, while narrow, thin, long floats may have lower displacement. A family paddleboard (load over 130kg) requires a displacement of at least 320L to prevent it from sinking and creating resistance when paddling. To quickly calculate the minimum displacement for your body type, multiply your weight by 3. You can use the following table to get a rough idea of what displacement your paddleboard should have.
