Nutrend Protein Pancake is an instant mix designed for the preparation of pancakes, pancakes and waffles. Contains 31% milk protein isolate (MPI) , whey protein concentrate (WPC) and powdered egg white and whole milk powder. The proteins used are more suitable for heat treatment due to lower protein degradation at higher temperatures.
Easy and quick preparation
In just a few minutes, you'll conjure up a fantastic breakfast. You don't have to spend a long or complicated time mixing the different ingredients. Mix the finished mixture with plain water and fry briefly in a pan without fat to create wonderful pancakes or fritters. You can decorate them according to your taste. The mixture is suitable for athletes and celiacs because it is gluten-free. Nutrend Protein Pancake mix contains 31 g of protein and 1 g of fibre per 100 g.

Dried wholemilk, whey protein concentrate (contains sunflower lecithin and the anti-caking agent calcium phosphate), rice flour, buckwheat flour, Driedegg white, sweetener xylitol, maltodextrin, milk protein isolate, aroma, raising agent sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, anti-caking agent silica, beta carotene dye. May contain traces of soy. Warning: Mix for preparing pancakes, with sweetener. Not intended for children under 3 years of age!Warning for allergy sufferers: Allergens are highlighted in bold in the product's ingredients.
Preparation
1 scoop = approx. 25 g
Mix a 50 g dose thoroughly in 100 ml of water to form a smooth dough. Fry the fritters on both sides in a hot pan. Serve warm.
Recommended dosage
A dose of 50 g is suitable as a snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 60 minutes apart from the next regular meal. Can be used even after physical activity. A single dose should not exceed 100 g of the mixture.
Storage
Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25ºC and use within 2 months. Protect from heat, frost and moisture.
