Nutrend VO2 Boost tablets are suitable for endurance athletes, but can also be used by strength athletes. One tablet contains 500 mg of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, 250 mg of L-citrulline malate and 25 mg of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract.
Nutrend VO2 Boost tablets also contain iron, vitamin C and B1. They are taken before physical exercise, if the exercise lasts more than 60 minutes, and during the exercise.

Preparation and dosing
For exercise lasting up to 60 minutes, take 2 tablets 45 minutes before the start of exercise. For exercise lasting more than 60 minutes, take 2 tablets 45 minutes before exercise and another 2 tablets halfway through the exercise.
