Penco Energy Drink is very easy to prepare by mixing with water. It contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, niacin, biotin, folic acid and pantothenic acid, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc and iodine.

Preparation / dosage
