POWERbreathe PLUS Light
POWERbreathe PLUS Light is an inhalation trainer that allows effective strengthening of respiratory muscles. The machine works on the principle of resistance training (similar to lifting a dumbbell), where the trainer puts resistance when inhaling, thus increasing the endurance and strength of the breathing muscles. The load can be adjusted manually between 17 and 98 cm H2O as required. The POWERbreathe PLUS Light is designed for seniors, children over 7 years of age (under parental supervision) and users who are new to respiratory training. The optimal practice consists of 30 breaths performed twice a day, which will take you no more than 5 minutes. After just 4 weeks of regular training, you should be less short of breath and feel a higher tolerance to exertion with an increase in performance. The package includes an ergonomic nose clip that can also be used for swimming, a practical textile case, a sample of 4 cleaning tablets and a user manual.
