Puma NRGY Comet 46 EU / 300mm

Neutral striding is a type of striding in which the foot maintains its natural position on impact with the ground without excessive pronation (internal rotation of the foot) or supination (external rotation of the foot). This type of stride is considered biomechanically efficient because it allows for effective shock absorption and promotes the natural movement of the foot during the running stride. Footwear designed for neutral tread is designed to provide even support along the entire length of the foot without interfering with the natural movement of the foot. These shoes typically offer adequate shock absorption, but do not include special stabilising features or significant support technologies aimed at correcting pronation or supination.

Medium cushioning footwear is designed to provide a good compromise between shock absorption, support and flexibility. This type of shoe is often preferred by athletes looking for a comfortable and versatile shoe for casual training or racing.
