Reflex Nutrition BCAAs are the essential amino acids of BCAAs in capsules that are composed in an ideal ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine 2: 1: 1. The capsules are made by fermentation, which guarantees their non-toxicity and are used before and after training. The composition is additionally enriched with vitamin B6 and the package is sufficient for 83 doses.
