Techniques for a deep massage
The wedge shape of this head allows for effective work on the muscles. It uses scraping and flushing techniques, mimicking deep tissue massage, which helps to break up muscle knots and relieve tension. The scraping method is ideal for treating larger muscle groups, while flushing promotes circulation and the removal of metabolites. The attachment is particularly effective on the shoulder blade area and the iliotibial (IT) band.
