The TRINFIT Gym GX1 multifunctional fitness tower is designed for undemanding home use, for users who want to occasionally work out in a relatively small space, to shape the figure and gain muscle mass. The weights are designed using classic bricks, thanks to the gearing it allows exercises with weight up to 60 kg on selected adapters (see force transfer indices below). Setting the desired weight is easy, fast and safe even for beginners. The tower is quiet, allowing operation at any time of day without disturbing neighbours or other people in the apartment. The tower is reasonably usable for people up to a height of about 185 cm. The tower, thanks to a number of adapters on an area of only 2 m², allows you to practice over 40 different exercises on all muscle parts. Among the most popular are exercises such as seated push-ups, upper/lower pulley retraction, a bow tie for the pectoral muscles, rowing on the bottom pulley, biceps standing or sitting, pre-kicking, tripping on legs, etc.

Training stations
The multifunctional design of the machine allows you to exercise most muscle groups, the tower has an easy-to-use load setting. The tower includes a training manual with picture attachments for basic exercises:
Seated push-ups with back support (benchpress) - used to exercise upper body, chest, arm muscles (max. load up to 60 kg)
Peck-deck (butterfly) allowing the exercise of the pectoral muscles
Upper pulley - pulling the pulley from above on the back or triceps
Bottom pulley - for rowing, biceps strengthening and other exercises
Biceps counter with height adjustment in 3 positions
Predigging - for lower limbs exercise
Standing one-legged stumble- for lower limbs exercise
