The stable construction, made from 38×38mm steel profiles with a wall thickness of 1.4mm, is designed for regular home use. After your workout, the bench can be folded up to save space.
A set of weights for a varied workout
The package includes a set of weights so you can get started right away. It contains one long 160cm chrome bar, two dumbbell bars (35cm), and a set of cement plates. The total weight of the set is approximately 50kg, including the bars. The plates are divided into 4×5kg, 4×2.5kg, and 4×1.25kg. The bars have a diameter of 30mm and are fitted with threaded ends and safety collars to secure the plates in place.
Practical design for home use
The set is designed with the conditions of a home gym in mind. The cement plates have a plastic (PE) cover that is gentle on your floor and reduces noise when handling the weights.
