The protein is made from high quality protein and its flavour is strawberry. The basis of the drink is a combination of fast and slow digesting proteins, vitamin B6 and calcium. Preparation
Mix 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Protein 80 Plus in 200-300 ml of water or skim milk, take 1-3 servings throughout the day, 1 of which should be taken before bedtime, depending on your protein intake.
