Yuzee Yuzu is an original beverage concentrate with pieces of atypical citrus yuzu, which impresses with its intense taste and distinctive aroma. Thanks to its 74% canned yuzu content, it offers a truly authentic taste experience and a wide range of uses - perfect for hot and cold drinks, of refreshing lemonade, teas or cocktails, but also to flavour desserts, ice cream, pies, dressings or marinades. Its distinctive citrus note adds a unique touch of exoticism to any recipe. Yuzu also contains up to 3 times more vitamin C than lemon, so it is great for supporting the body's natural defences and vitality.

Canned citrus yuzu 74 % (yuzu 50 %, sugar), drinking water, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid, vitamin C, thickening agent carboxymethyl cellulose.
Preparation
Place 1 tablespoon (~35 g) in a 250 ml glass, cover with cold or warm water and stir. But there are no limits to imagination! Can also be used for food preparation.
Storage
Once opened, use within 14 days. Store dry and protect from heat. Store the unused amount in the refrigerator.
