SPRING Vulcano Pure 20cm non-stick frying pan
The SPRING Vulcano Pure pan with a diameter of 20 cm combines a five-layer material with a non-stick mineral-based surface. The 18/0 stainless steel outer layer is compatible with all hobs, including induction. The inner side has a layer of 18/10 stainless steel and a triple aluminium core to ensure even heat distribution and fast heat transfer. The double natural mineral-based non-stick coating provides maximum abrasion resistance and an optimised non-stick effect. The SPRING Vulcano Pure pan has a closed pouring rim that allows for drip-free pouring. The pan can only be used in the oven and only with kitchen utensils made of soft plastic or silicone.

Warning:
Heat the pan only to the desired temperature (about 180 °C) and add the food in batches. This prevents the pan from getting too cold with cold ingredients and allows for a crispy and tasty crust.
