From the mountainous regions of Mexico and Costa Rica to the fertile slopes of Colombia and the tropical climate of Puerto Rico, each country contributes its unique soil, altitude and climatic conditions to the resulting flavor profile of this selection. Thanks to the careful selection of coffee cherries and gentle processing, the coffee retains its fullness, natural sweetness and subtle spicy nuances, which form the perfect basis for an intense yet harmonious espresso.
Starbucks by Nespresso coffee capsules are a guarantee of an exceptional taste experience, but also a proof of a responsible approach to the climate and natural resources. Each capsule is made of aluminium, which ensures perfect protection of coffee from oxygen, moisture and light that can negatively affect the taste and aroma. Interestingly, 80% of the aluminium used comes from recycled sources. This step significantly reduces the amount of energy needed to produce the capsules and contributes to the circular economy. Aluminium is also a material that can be recycled virtually indefinitely. Simply store the used capsules in an airtight container and drop them off at one of more than 4,800 collection points.
1. Make an espresso (40 ml) or lungo (110 ml) in your Nespresso machine.
