Three Simple Steps for Use
- Measure with the pipette - draw 1 ml of extract into the pipette (a full pipette)

Recommended Dosage
Two phases, a simple rhythm. Start intensively, then continue with a maintenance regimen.
Intensive Phase:
For the first 3 weeks, 6× daily 1 ml (= 1 full pipette, approx. 25 drops). A kick-start cycle for when your body's defences need a partner.
Maintenance Phase:
3× daily 1 ml (= 1 full pipette). For long-term support, or as recommended by your doctor or practitioner.
