Restless legs syndrome (SNN), professionally restless legs syndrome (RLS), is a neurological disease, which manifests itself as discomfort in the lower limbs - most often as tingling, soreness, tension or the urge to move even several times a minute. These sensations occur mainly in the evening or during resting phases, for example when sitting or before falling asleep, and worsen at night. Typically, the movement (e.g. walking or stretching the legs) brings temporary relief, but significantly interferes with the quality of sleep.
The exact cause of the syndrome is not fully understood, but experts associate it with an imbalance of dopamine (a neurotransmitter affecting muscle movement), iron deficiency in the brain, genetic predispositions or even the influence of chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes, kidney disease). SNN can occur at any age, but is most common in middle-aged and older women. It often occurs in pregnancy, especially in the third trimester.
SNS is often underestimated, even though it can significantly reduce quality of life and cause long-term insomnia, fatigue and impaired psychological well-being. Fortunately, there is a convenient and effective solution!

Active ingredients: epimedium, hops, St. John's wort, Arnica, Aqua rape, Ethanol, Glycerine, PEG40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Hypericum Perforatum Extract, Agrimonia Eupatoria Extract, Arnica Montana Extract, Humulus Lupulus Extract, Polysorbate, Epimedium Sagitatum Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Menthol, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Methylpropanediol, Perfume.
Apply to calves and thighs as directed in the package leaflet up to 3 times a day.
Do not take internally. Designed for short-term application for calf and thigh problems. Protect eyes and mucous membranes during application, do not inhale aerosol. Do not eat, drink or smoke during application. Do not apply to injured skin. Do not apply if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. For children, the application is always carried out by an adult. In recommended use, it is suitable for pregnant and lactating women. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention. Store in tightly sealed original packaging, in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of +15 to +25 °C. Do not store near an open flame.
